Staff from the Brookings Institute visited downtown Mesa to discuss the concept of an innovation district.
Market Rate Housing Projects
Staff is currently working with developers representing the Grid project which would be located near the southwest corner of Main and Mesa Dr. and have 300 units of market rate condos. Along with the Grid staff is also working with developers on the property at Country Club and Main to construct 200 units of market rate housing. The second phase of Encore is currently under construction and will have 24 market rate units available by this summer.
